Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration and support smooth operations across departments. This role is central to keeping records, documentation, vendor coordination, and office logistics running efficiently, so our care teams can focus on serving clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration, including filing, documentation, and record maintenance
- Maintain and update client and staff records (physical and digital)
- Coordinate with the nursing/caregiving team on scheduling, supplies, and logistics
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, routing them to the right department
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination (stationery, medical supplies, housekeeping, etc.)
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping support
- Prepare reports, memos, and documentation as required by management
- Ensure statutory registers, licenses, and compliance documents are up to date
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a well-organized, professional front office/admin environment
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree (preferred)
- Freshers welcome — training will be provided
- Fluency in Tamil and English
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping discipline
- Professional and courteous communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in office administration, front desk, or back-office support (not mandatory)
- Familiarity with billing/invoicing software
- Basic knowledge of office compliance and documentation practices
