Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Goregaon West (Head Office)
Working Days/Hours: Monday Saturday (1st Saturday Off), 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Role Overview
The Senior Sourcing Manager plays a critical role in driving real estate sales by developing and managing a strong channel partner network, sourcing quality leads, and ensuring effective lead conversion. This role requires a blend of relationship-building, fieldwork, and data-driven lead management to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Development & Management
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners, brokers, and other external stakeholders.
- Motivate and support channel partners to effectively promote and sell company projects.
- Build a strong partner ecosystem across the Western Line of Mumbai.
- Lead Generation & Sourcing
- Generate leads through both offline and online activities (fieldwork, site visits, networking events, social media, digital platforms).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns for high-quality lead generation.
- Sales Funnel & Conversion Management
- Maintain and track the lead funnel from prospecting to closure.
- Use CRM software and Excel to manage leads, track progress, and report conversion metrics.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve sourcing efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
- Ensure smooth handover of leads to the sales team for conversion.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-8 years of proven experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, and lead generation.
- Location Expertise: Strong channel partner engagement network and working knowledge of the Western Line of Mumbai real estate market.
- Skills:
- Excellent networking, relationship management, and fieldwork skills.
- Strong command of CRM software and MS Excel for funnel management.
- Ability to work independently and drive results under tight timelines.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Personality: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
