Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.
- Strategize and implement effective sourcing techniques using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage interview scheduling with stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools.
- A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for finding and nurturing talent.
- Collaborative spirit with a focus on continuous improve.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
