The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements. The role involves end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining recruitment databases while working remotely.
- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic or virtual preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining updates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
- Work from home
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
