About the Role
Richmax Finvest Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Managers/Officers to strengthen our Resource Mobilization team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and mobilizing investments from retail, HNI, and institutional clients through RBI-approved investment products such as Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Subordinated Debts, Bonds, and other approved financial instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize investments through RBI-approved financial products including NCDs, Subordinated Debts, Bonds, and other fixed-income instruments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail investors, HNIs, corporate clients, and business associates.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, direct marketing, and relationship-building activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual resource mobilization targets.
- Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and product awareness sessions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines while sourcing investments.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with branch and corporate teams for smooth processing of investment applications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline. MBA (Marketing/Finance) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in financial services, banking, NBFCs, insurance, wealth management, or investment product sales.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply for Officer-level positions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in selling investment products, deposits, bonds, NCDs, mutual funds, insurance, or other financial products.
- Existing network of investors, business associates, or financial intermediaries will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
