- Manage end-to-end process of recruitment in hospital or healthcare.
- Sourcing candidates from different job portals, Employee Referrals or internal job transfer
- Co-ordinate between Candidates & Clients starting from scheduling till placement.
- Strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
- Preparing Job descriptions for all employees and getting them approved
- Understand the business requirement and strategize to fill requirements.
- Manpower planning
- Coordinate with different vendors to close vacant positions.
- To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization
