About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly, organized person to be the first point of contact for students and parents at Pave – video editing academy by Praper Media. You'll handle inquiries, guide families through enrollment, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inquiries & Admissions – Respond to prospective students and parents via WhatsApp and phone calls. Explain courses, schedules, fees, and answer questions.
- Front Desk Operations – Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and handle walk-in queries.
- Attendance Tracking – Maintain accurate daily attendance records for all enrolled students.
- Reviews & Feedback – Collect student and parent feedback; request and follow up on reviews.
- Coordination – Assist with scheduling, fee reminders, and communication between students and instructors
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
- Comfortable calling prospects, handling inquiries, explaining course details & fees, and following up consistently.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, or education coordination is a plus

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
