Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Logistics Faculty to deliver high-quality training in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and related subjects. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor students for successful careers in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct workshops, case studies, and industry-oriented sessions.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical assessments.
- Guide students on projects, internships, and career opportunities.
- Stay updated with current logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain trends.
- Coordinate with the academic team to improve course delivery.
- Maintain attendance, student records, and training documentation.
- Support placement activities and industry interactions when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of industry or teaching experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, freight forwarding, or transportation.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent presentation skills may also apply.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Classroom management and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or Supply Chain software.
- Industry certifications or training experience.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and inventory management.
