Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in the ELV industry and possess strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, procurement processes, and material planning. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining healthy vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for ELV projects.
- Source materials such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA System, Networking, Structured Cabling, BMS, and related products.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with project, sales, and accounts teams for procurement planning and material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store team to avoid stock shortages.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality concerns and delivery delays.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in procurement within the ELV, Security Systems, or IT Infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of ELV products and suppliers.
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is an added advantage.
