Job Title: Sales Manager
Experience: 7–10 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration preferred)
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
- Manage and lead the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct customers.
- Generate leads, conduct site visits, and ensure timely sales closures.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth sales operations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company sales policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
- 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, redevelopment, and SRA projects.
- Strong knowledge of RERA, channel partner management, CRM, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Pay: ₹14,209.04 - ₹50,092.10 per month
