A & M Interio is a turnkey interior design and execution firm delivering commercial and residential projects across Kochi, Trivandrum and Calicut.
We are hiring a Project Curator to own the client relationship end to end — from qualified lead to final handover. You will capture the brief, drive it through design and execution, and remain the client's single point of contact for the entire turnkey scope.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Meet clients at site or office from qualified leads and understand their space, budget, timeline and end use
- Document requirements across civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, furnishing and finishes, and convert them into a clear design brief
- Work with the design and estimation team to build the turnkey quote, present it, manage revisions and close the sign-off
- Track site progress across all trades and coordinate between design, procurement, site supervisors and vendors
- Keep clients updated through periodic reports and site walkthroughs
- Capture scope changes and get approvals and revised costs documented before execution
- Follow up on milestone-linked payments as per the agreed schedule
- Close snag lists, complete final walkthrough and handover, and collect feedback and referrals
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or an equivalent discipline
- 2-5 years in turnkey interiors, fit-out, modular or architecture practice; client-facing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of materials, finishes, trade sequencing, site constraints and realistic timelines
- Able to read and interpret working drawings and BOQs
- Strong communication in English and Malayalam; Hindi or Tamil an advantage
- Own vehicle and a valid driving licence, with willingness to travel across Kerala including overnight stays
- Comfortable with AutoCAD or SketchUp (reading and basic edits) and MS Office or Google Workspace

Base location is Kochi. Regular travel across Kerala is part of the role.
