Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Experience: 2–3 Years in Electrical Maintenance (Plant/Industrial/Manufacturing/Warehouse)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to manage and support electrical systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting activities to ensure smooth and safe facility operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations.
- Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical panels, power distribution systems, motors, and control systems.
- Understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault rectification of equipment.
- Monitor and maintain LT panels, electrical panels, motors, DG systems, and power distribution networks.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per schedules.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical equipment and minimize downtime.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for electrical services and technical support.
- Monitor energy consumption and electrical system performance.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth electrical operations.
- Prepare maintenance reports and update electrical records.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
