Position: Staff Nurse
Reports To: Principal
Job Summary:
The Staff Nurse provides primary healthcare to students and staff, administers medications, and ensures prompt medical attention in emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and basic healthcare to students and staff.
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate medical records.
- Monitor health conditions and report any emergencies immediately.
- Maintain the stock register for medications and medical supplies.
- Support health awareness initiatives and participate in regular health checks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Nursing Degree and a valid Registered Nurse License.
- Knowledge of school health policies and basic emergency care.
Skills & Qualities:
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
