Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Chat and Email channels.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and SLAs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1year experience in International Chat Support Process is mandatory.
- Only Graduate candidates are eligible
- Experience in E-Commerce customer support will be preferred.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
