Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Civil Draughtsman with 6–8+ years of experience in building construction projects. The role is based at our Trivandrum office, where the successful candidate will support our head office in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing civil shop drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from structural drawings, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience in MEP shop drawing preparation will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare detailed civil shop drawings for building construction projects.
Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from structural drawings.
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Coordinate with project teams and the Dubai head office.
Revise and update drawings as required during project execution.
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
6–8+ years of experience as a Civil Draughtsman in building construction.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
Hands-on experience in shop drawing preparation and BBS.
Experience in MEP shop drawing preparation is an added advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
