Responsibilities:
This role is to perform the Global CARE (Conveyor Automation Robotic Engineering) related Conveyor Mechanical design activities for Enlarged Europe plants and Advance manufacturing activities from INDIA
Work with corporate counterparts - understand the requirement and communicate effectively.
Expertise in UG NX, CAD & 3D modelling
Validate the Conveyors mechanical design of CARE related equipment, process & facilities - EMS, FDS, Lifters & Rollers Beds & Fixtures, Jigs, Handling Aid.
New design, Modify the design of the above CARE related topics as on when required
3 D model from the SCAN points data
Daily analysis and treatment of level 1 and orientation to level 2 (technical correspondent if necessary)
Experience in automotive environment - Develop & implement controls solutions for body shop, paint shop, assembly shop, Battery shop is desirable.
Communicate effectively and work in collaboration with EE & NA CARE team and all customers, suppliers and plant staffs
Working in shifts to manage the EE region timing when required.
Could open in complement on a technical correspondent job
Identify weak points before manufacturing by Finite Element Analysis is a simulation method
Knowledge in how a component behaves under load, stress, vibration, heat
Basic Electric Controls Components in Conveyors.
Qualifications:
Diploma / Engineering Graduate
Essential skills:
Hands-on experience in UG NX, CAD, 3D modelling
3D modelling with cloud points data base
Knowledge in problem-solving methods
Knowledge in PLM is desirable
FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
Desired skills:

Willingness to work in NA time lines.
Willingness to work in shifts, extending work hours (when necessary), week ends etc.
Willingness to accept other job responsibilities as and when needed.
Lead the team of 3-5 members and reports, represent in meetings with effective communications
