Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Engagement Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure exceptional service delivery, and enhance overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, coordinating with internal teams, and fostering long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination with internal teams.
- Collect client feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Support business growth through client retention and relationship-building initiatives.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively communicate updates, risks, and delays to stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending tasks and maintain accurate records of project status and client communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
