Job Description:
We are looking for an Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy. The candidate will make outbound calls, handle client inquiries, explain visa and immigration services, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and maintain follow-ups to achieve sales targets. Prior telecalling or immigration experience is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
- Explain study visa, work visa, tourist visa, and PR services.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for immigration consultants.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
