About the Role
The Engineer – Finishing will oversee final transformer finishing activities, ensuring products are ready for testing and dispatch as per customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise finishing activities.
- Ensure painting and final assembly quality.
- Coordinate with Testing and Dispatch.
- Maintain production documentation.
- Ensure workplace safety.
- Meet dispatch schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
- 2–5 years in transformer manufacturing.
Technical Skills
- Transformer finishing operations.
- Painting and assembly standards.
- Inspection procedures.
- Documentation.
- ERP/MS Office.
