Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with expertise in customized CRM and ERP solutions for global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating international business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client business requirements and propose customized CRM/ERP solutions
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with internal technical and implementation teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
Required Skills
- Proven experience in CRM/ERP sales or IT software solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in international B2B sales
- Understanding of customized software solutions
- Ability to manage complete sales cycle independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo, ERPNext, etc.
- Knowledge of SaaS or enterprise software sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
