Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration work
- Maintain files, records, and office documents
- Handle calls, emails, and enquiries
- Coordinate with staff, clients, and management
- Prepare reports and data entries
- Monitor office supplies and maintain office records
- Support HR and operational activities
- Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
Requirements
- Any Graduate / +2 can also apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible and punctual candidate preferred
- Ability to handle office coordination independently
