Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full B2B sales cycle — from lead generation, prospecting, and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target enterprise accounts.
- Actively promote and sell new/emerging technology products and solutions in the market, positioning them effectively against client pain points.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in technology to bring relevant, timely insights to client conversations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and proof-of-concept discussions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with Tech, product, and technical teams to craft winning proposals and RFP responses.
- Travel to client sites, industry events, and partner meetings as needed to drive sales pipeline and strengthen relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Provide market feedback to the product and leadership team to support roadmap alignment.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology product or solutions environment.
- Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech in any discipline) is mandatory — an MBA is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in Technology Sales is non-negotiable.
- Strong awareness and understanding of current and emerging technology trends (AI, SaaS, IoT, Cloud, Enterprise Software, etc.).
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to sell new, innovative, or first-to-market technology products.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding B2B sales quotas in a competitive market.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings, partnerships, and field engagement outside of Powai.
- Mandatory: availability and commitment to 5 days per week work from office at our Powai, Mumbai location.
Pay: ₹83,333.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
