- Oversee all culinary operations across F&B outlets, including fine dining, specialty restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining
- Design wellness-aligned menus in coordination with the resort's Ayurveda and wellness team — including sattvic, detox, and dosha-specific meal options tailored to individual guest wellness programs
- Balance nutritional integrity (low-oil, low-processed, ingredient-conscious cooking) with the indulgent guest experience expected of a luxury property
- Accommodate therapeutic dietary protocols for guests undergoing Ayurvedic treatments, including consultation with resident Ayurveda physicians on meal timing and composition
- Develop dedicated menus for yoga retreat guests, detox programs, and wellness packages, including vegetarian/vegan-forward options
- Recruit, train, and mentor the kitchen brigade — Sous Chefs, Chef de Partie, and Commis Chefs
- Manage food cost, inventory control, and vendor/supplier relationships to optimize quality and profitability
- Champion farm-to-table and organic sourcing practices consistent with the resort's wellness philosophy
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards across all kitchen operations
- Own the kitchen department's budget and P&L, working closely with the F&B Manager and General Manager
- Maintain consistency in food quality, plating, and presentation across all outlets and events
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
