We are seeking an “AI Specialist” to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models focused on “Cash Flow Forecasting and Treasury Management”. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between advanced data science and corporate finance, building intelligent systems that predict liquidity needs, optimize working capital, and automate decision-making in cash management.

Roles and Responsibilities
Model Development: Build and maintain predictive models for daily, weekly, and long-term cash flow forecasting, incorporating diverse data sources such as ERP systems, bank APIs, and market trends.
Anomaly Detection: Develop algorithms to identify irregularities in cash patterns, potential fraud, or payment delays to mitigate financial risk.
Scenario Modeling: Create "what-if" simulation engines to assess the impact of market volatility,interest rate changes, or supply chain disruptions on liquidity.
Workflow Automation: Integrate AI agents and automated workflows to streamline data collection from multiple entities and consolidate financial reporting.
Optimization: Apply reinforcement learning or optimization algorithms to suggest ideal cash positioning, investment sweeps, and debt repayment schedules.
Technical Qualifications
AI/ML Proficiency: Deep experience with time-series forecasting (e.g., ARIMA, Prophet, LSTMs, Transformers) and regression analysis.
Engineering Stack: Advanced Python or C# skills. Experience with ML frameworks like “PyTorch”, “TensorFlow”, or “Scikit-learn”.
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and financial data schemas.
Data Integration: Experience building ETL pipelines and connecting to financial APIs or ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Deployment: Familiarity with deploying models locally or via cloud containers, ensuring high data security and privacy standards.
Preferred Experience
Financial Domain Knowledge: Understanding of treasury operations, accounts receivable/payable cycles, and corporate liquidity management.
LLMs & Agents: Experience using Large Language Models to interpret unstructured financial data (e.g., invoices, contracts, or economic news).
Process Automation: Knowledge of workflow automation tools to orchestrate AI tasks across different business platform.
