Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, emails, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to convert leads into business.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
Market Research
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Identify new markets and business expansion opportunities.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business updates.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good presentation and client handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
