About the Role
BR Tech Geeks Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide prospective students in selecting suitable training programs and career paths. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to understand student requirements and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
· Counsel prospective students regarding courses, training programs, certifications, and career opportunities.
· Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
· Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their academic background and career goals.
· Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
· Provide accurate information regarding course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, and placement support.
· Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
· Coordinate with the admissions, training, and placement teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
· Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
· Build strong relationships with students and address their queries professionally.
· Participate in promotional activities, seminars, webinars, and educational events when required.
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong persuasion, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
· Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
· Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in academic counselling, admissions, telesales, customer service, or education consulting will be an added advantage.
