As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle inbound customer calls, understand their queries, and provide effective solutions while ensuring a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a great experience
- Maintain a good rapport with customers
- Follow company processes and quality standards
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English

- Undergraduate with minimum 6 months calling experience OR
- Graduate - Only Experience candidate can apply
