Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PRT Mathematics Teacher to handle Primary Grades (I–V). The candidate should be skilled in teaching foundational math concepts using activity-based and child-centered methods aligned with Matric, CBSE, and International curriculum standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics for Grades I–V
- Develop strong foundational skills in Numbers, Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Fractions, Geometry, and Word Problems
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and practice exercises
- Use hands-on activities, manipulatives, and visual aids for concept clarity
- Conduct regular assessments and track student progress
- Provide remedial support for students requiring additional help
- Encourage logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Participate in PTMs, academic meetings, and school events
- Integrate digital tools and smart classroom technology
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc. / B.A. with Mathematics
- B.Ed. (Preferred / Mandatory for CBSE)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in primary teaching
- Strong conceptual clarity in basic mathematics
