Job Description
- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate Lead on IT Infrastructure (Hardware, Server, Storage, Network, IT Security, IT FMS, IT Service Management, etc..)
- Coaching &Mentoring Co-ordinators. Forecasting and Identifying potential customers/clients. Develop Client relationships and internal relationships globally
- Performing risk analysis.
- Preparing and presenting sales growth reports. Responsible for managing customer escalations, customer problems, account conflicts and participate in important negotiations with key customers.
Over achieve sales target. Work with cross functional teams to deliver business value to clients. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around services. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
