Urgent Hiring | Area Manager – Tyre Sales

Reise Moto is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Manager (Tyre Sales) to drive business growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and expand our market presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
✅ Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks
✅ Drive primary and secondary sales growth
✅ Execute sales strategies, promotions, and market development initiatives
✅ Lead and mentor field sales teams
✅ Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
✅ Strengthen relationships with dealers, retailers, and key customers
✅ Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
✅ Drive branding and visibility initiatives at retail touchpoints
✅ Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance reviews
What We're Looking For:
✔ Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
✔ 5+ years of experience in Tyre or Automotive Sales
✔ Strong dealer/distributor network in the assigned region
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
✔ Willingness to travel extensively
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
