About the Role Cepoch is a US-based technology and AI solutions company seeking a Technical Sr Data Support Analyst to support enterprise clients through data investigation, troubleshooting, and analytics support.
- Key Responsibilities
- Write SQL and SOQL queries to investigate data issues and Salesforce tickets
- Troubleshoot Tableau dashboard, refresh, and reporting issues
- Perform data validation and approved data corrections
- Manage and resolve service tickets Work with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools
- Required Skills 4–5 years of experience in Data Support, Data Operations, or AnalyticsStrong hands-on SQL and SOQL expertise
- Tableau troubleshooting experience Salesforce data and security knowledge
- Excellent written English communication
- Experience supporting US clients preferred
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
