We are hiring- Product Support Specialist (AI Programs) at House Of Edtech .
Not your typical support role. At be10x, we teach AI, Automation, Data, and Business tools to working professionals — and we need a Technical Guide who can help learners actually implement what they learn, not just log tickets.
What you'll own:
Be the go-to technical guide for Generative AI (prompt engineering, LLMs), Data & Analytics (Excel with AI, Power BI, SQL, Python basics), and Automation/No-Code (Make, N8N, Bubble, Streamlit)
Troubleshoot real issues and create step-by-step visual guides (screenshots/videos)
Explain the "why" behind ML, Deep Learning, and NLP in plain language
Support learners across chat, calls, video, and in-person walkthroughs (no external travel)
Resolve 90% of queries independently, escalating only when it truly needs the product team
What we're looking for:
B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (IT-CS) or a related technical background
Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Power BI
Real interest (or hands-on experience) in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering
Familiarity with Make.com or N8N is a strong plus
Ownership, patience to teach non-technical professionals, and a genuine habit of self-learning — AI moves weekly, and so should you
Work details:
6-day work week with a rotational week off
Sundays are work-from-home
A personal laptop is required for this role
