Position: Team Leader – Lead Generation
Experience: 3–5 Years
Work Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Mumbai)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead, manage, and mentor the telesales/lead generation team
✅ Coach team members on research techniques, calling strategies, and sales skills
✅ Monitor call quality, productivity, and revenue performance
✅ Drive team targets and ensure timely achievement of business goals
✅ Prepare and share performance reports with management
✅ Conduct regular performance reviews and motivate the team towards incentives
✅ Create and maintain productivity and campaign performance reports
✅ Collaborate with internal teams for successful project execution
✅ Ensure campaigns are delivered with maximum efficiency and quality
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader in B2B Lead Generation (mandatory)
- Strong marketing and sales-driven mindset
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong coordination and leadership abilities
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
