Shivam Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand market presence across Mangalore and Udupi regions. The role involves selling and promoting branded FMCG products, maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and ensuring consistent market coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Conduct regular market visits to achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution network
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets
- Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and manage basic stock coordination
Requirements:
- Age: Young and energetic candidates preferred
- 0–2 years in FMCG sales (Freshers can also apply)
- Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local language (Tulu/Kannada) is Mandatory.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
