We are looking for a high-performing and experienced Senior Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships. As a senior member, you will also be expected to mentor junior executives and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the company
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services and convert leads into successful sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and follow up on prospective leads consistently.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, pricing, and market trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle customer grievances and negotiations professionally to ensure a high closing rate.
Mentorship: Assist and guide junior tele callers in improving their communication and sales techniques.
Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports to the management regarding sales progress and market response.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar outbound sales role.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English (Knowledge of other languages like Hindi is an added advantage).
Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and "closing" skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM App
Education: Any Graduate/Degree holder.
Attitude: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in Real Estate, Insurance, or Banking sectors.
Ability to handle objections smoothly and turn a "no" into a "yes."
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
