Job Overview
Qbay Careers is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, handle escalations, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and clients.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
- Manage and organize data using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare reports and ensure accurate record maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management, Telecalling, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage data accurately and maintain records.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Salary: 12000 - 15000
