We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for our River Indie dealership. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations while supporting business growth and fostering a high-performance work culture. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Customer Support, and Corporate functions. Manage onboarding, induction, and employee confirmation processes. Design and implement performance management and appraisal systems. Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations. Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation. Plan and execute employee engagement, training, and development programs. Build leadership capability through coaching and succession planning. Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, hiring turnaround time, absenteeism, and employee productivity. Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices. Support dealership expansion by building a strong talent pipeline.
