About the Role
We are looking for a creative Web Designer who can design, develop, and maintain websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in WordPress/Elementor/Figma + also know how to manage Google Workspace, domains, and hosting. You will be responsible for website design, UI/UX, and keeping our digital assets live and secure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Design & Development
- Design responsive, mobile-first websites using WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, or HTML/CSS
- Create wireframes, mockups, and UI/UX in Figma/Adobe XD
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user experience
- Work with marketing team to build landing pages for campaigns
2. Domain, Hosting & Workspace Management
- Manage domain registration, DNS settings, SSL certificates, and renewals
- Handle website hosting on cPanel, GoDaddy, Hostinger, AWS, etc.
- Setup and manage Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Calendar, user accounts
- Troubleshoot website downtime, backups, and security issues
3. Maintenance & Support
- Regular website updates, plugin updates, and bug fixes
- Integrate forms, chatbots, analytics, and tracking pixels
- Ensure website backups and security patches are in place
- Coordinate with developers for custom features
Must-Have Skills
- Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva
- Platforms: WordPress, Elementor, HTML5, CSS3, Basic JavaScript
- Hosting/Domain: cPanel, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, DNS management, SSL setup
- Google Workspace: User creation, email setup, MX records, Drive sharing
- Other: Basic SEO knowledge, GA4, PageSpeed optimization
- Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, problem-solver, good communication
Good to Have
- Knowledge of WooCommerce / Shopify
- Basic PHP knowledge
- Experience with email marketing landing pages
- Portfolio of 3-5 live websites
