We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator who has experience working with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands and understands how content drives engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create engaging photo, video, and reel content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative content concepts, storytelling ideas, and campaign themes aligned with the brand identity.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos and lifestyle content.
- Create content that drives customer engagement, product discovery, and conversions.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, influencer trends, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing, performance marketing, and design teams to execute campaigns.
- Work closely with founders and brand teams to create authentic brand stories.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
- Analyze content performance and optimize future content based on insights.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, or similar role.
- Mandatory experience working with D2C brands (Food, FMCG, Lifestyle, Beauty, Wellness, or Consumer Products).
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content trends.
- Hands-on experience in content shooting, video editing, and content production.
- Ability to create both organic and performance-focused content.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or consumer brand environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lifestyle, wellness, or consumer goods brands.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and UGC (User-Generated Content).
- Knowledge of content performance metrics and social media analytics.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
