We are looking for a smart, energetic, and highly dependable Intern – Artist & Event Management to support artist coordination, event execution, celebrity management, and on-ground operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment, enjoys working with artists and stakeholders, and can remain calm, resourceful, and solution-oriented during high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with artists, managers, vendors, and event partners.
- Assist in planning and execution of events, concerts, brand launches, shoots, and promotional activities.
- Manage artist travel, hospitality, logistics, and scheduling requirements.
- Support backstage management and on-ground event operations.
- Handle last-minute changes and critical situations efficiently.
- Follow up with stakeholders and ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Maintain event reports, schedules, coordination trackers, and documentation.
- Assist the leadership team during events, productions, and artist engagements.
- Ensure smooth execution of artist appearances, performances, and brand commitments.

- Ready to work on-ground during events, productions, and artist engagements.
- Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Background
- Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Background in Event Management, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Hospitality, Public Relations, or Business Management preferred.
- Experience in college fests, event coordination, artist management, celebrity handling, or live events will be an added advantage.
