We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Team Lead to lead our operations team, ensure service excellence, and drive continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the day-to-day activities of the Operations team.
- Monitor team productivity, performance, and KPIs to ensure operational targets are achieved.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to company SOPs.
- Conduct quality checks, review team performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, reporting, and operational workflows.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Team Management, Customer Success, or Service Delivery within the EdTech industry.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams in a target-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, process improvement, and KPI management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating and improving SOPs and operational workflows.
- Exposure to recruitment operations, career services, or customer success.
- Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
