Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our business development team. The role involves interacting with potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential leads to explain Vynzora’s services and offerings.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Maintain client details and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Generate appointments for the marketing or sales team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any stream.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam and English).
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Email).
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred, but freshers can apply.
- Goal-oriented and enthusiastic personality.
