Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 3-8+ years of proven experience in ERP software sales or B2B, B2C, IT sales.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Oracle, ) and software-as-a-service (SaaS) models.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Sales CRM )
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with specific ERP modules ( Sales CRM).
Background in managing high-ticket, complex sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and build a strong, qualified pipeline via networking and outreach.
Demonstrations & Proposals: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, finalize pricing, and close deals.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance, provide accurate forecasts, and report on KPIs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to refine offerings & manage team for results.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
