About the Role
We are hiring energetic and physically fit Helpers for our supermarket operations. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting daily store activities to keep operations smooth and shelves stocked.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in loading and unloading goods from suppliers and vehicles
- Arranging and organizing products on shelves, displays, and storage areas
- Helping with general store tasks including moving items, and supporting the team during peak hours
- Ensuring the store floor and back area remain neat and functional
- Any other operational support as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 8th-10th standard education.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work including lifting, bending, and standing for long hours
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- No fancy qualifications needed — we value hard work and consistency over degrees
