About the Role
SRM University-AP invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher position focused on the application of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Advanced Computing in interdisciplinary domains. Key Research Areas
- Contaminated (heavy metals) soil mapping for construction applications
- Hydrological assessment of the Krishna River basin
- Sediment load forecasting
- Meteorological monitoring and forecasting
- Water and wastewater treatment
- Geospatial analysis using remote sensing data (LULC experience preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. in a relevant field (or thesis submitted)
- Research experience in AI/ML, advanced computing, or geospatial analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fellowship & Benefits
- 1st Year: ₹58,000/month + 16% HRA
- 2nd Year: ₹61,000/month + 16% HRA
- Candidates awaiting degree: ₹41,000/month + 16% HRA
- Professional Development Allowance (PDA): ₹50,000/year
