Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
Location: HRBR Layout, Bengaluru
Type: Full-time / Shift-based
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage routine patient admissions and clinical documentation.
- Provide immediate medical care and stabilization in emergency situations.
- Conduct regular ward rounds and coordinate with Consultant Doctors.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements:
- Education: MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Registration: Valid KMC (Karnataka Medical Council) registration.
- Experience: Previous experience in ICU, ER, or General Wards is preferred (Freshers with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Excellent communication, quick decision-making, and a patient-centric approach.
