We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day human resource operations and support effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & Hiring
o Handling end-to-end recruitment including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
· Staff Management
o Coordinating with staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
o Supporting employee engagement and addressing basic employee concerns.
· Attendance Management
o Monitoring daily attendance, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring accuracy.
· Leave Management
o Managing employee leave applications, approvals, and maintaining leave records.
· Employee Records Management
o Maintaining and updating employee files, personal records, and HR documentation.
· HR Policies & Compliance
o Ensuring implementation of company HR policies, rules, and procedures.
o Assisting in disciplinary actions and policy communication when required.
· Payroll Support
o Coordinating attendance and leave data with the accounts/payroll team.
· Onboarding & Exit Formalities
o Handling joining formalities, documentation, and exit processes.
· General HR Support
o Assisting management with HR-related tasks and reports as required.
Skills & Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor practices.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
