Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated CRM Executive / Telecaller to manage customer relationships and communicate with clients through calls, messages, and CRM systems. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, following up with customers, maintaining records, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Track customer interactions and update call records.
- Resolve basic customer queries or escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and follow-up targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Excel, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to convince and handle customers professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate in any field.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or CRM preferred.

Salary
- As per company standards / based on experience.
