Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Brand Executive who will drive our social media presence and support the planning and execution of brand-led events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both digital storytelling and on-ground brand experiences, and can seamlessly move between content calendars, coordination with vendors, and event-day execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Community Marketing
Plan, execute, and manage monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and agencies for creative development (posts, reels, stories, event creatives)
Write and adapt captions, hooks, CTAs, and basic copy aligned with brand tone
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and moderation (comments, DMs, community engagement)
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, clicks) and share weekly/monthly insights
Support campaign launches, announcements, partnerships, and event promotions on social media
Maintain brand consistency across all social content

2. Event Marketing & On-ground Execution
Support end-to-end event marketing planning (pre-event, during event, post-event)
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (venues, production, photographers, printers, partners)
Assist in event timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents
Manage event-related communication (invites, reminders, RSVP tracking, follow-ups)
Oversee on-ground branding: standees, backdrops, merchandise, welcome desks, signage
Ensure social media coverage during events (live posts, stories, reels coordination)
Support post-event activities: content collation, highlights, thank-you communication, and reports

3. Brand Coordination & Execution
Ensure all marketing and event assets align with brand guidelines
Coordinate internally with design, content, partnerships, and operations teams
Maintain asset libraries for social and events (creatives, videos, photographs)
Support partnerships and collaborations from a marketing and visibility perspective

Skills & Requirements
2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, brand marketing, or event marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn content formats
Good copywriting and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple timelines and vendors simultaneously
Comfortable with on-ground event execution and coordination
Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business
Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused
Willingness to work on weekends or flexible hours during events (as required)
