We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration / BMC Technician to operate and maintain Bulk Milk Coolers (BMC) and refrigeration systems in our dairy plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper cooling operations, preventive maintenance, and quick troubleshooting to maintain milk quality and plant efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Bulk Milk Coolers (BMC) and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and cooling units
- Monitor milk chilling temperature and ensure proper cooling standards are maintained
- Identify and troubleshoot refrigeration system faults
- Maintain refrigeration logs and maintenance records
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) or Mechanical
Experience
- Minimum 3 years and above experience in refrigeration / BMC operations in dairy or food industry
Skills Required
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, compressors, and chillers
- Experience in Bulk Milk Cooler (BMC) operation and maintenance
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills
